Virtual Reality with competitive sports

So my second VR idea is also something I've been thinking of for about 20 or more years. Again the resources were not available back then, but now things are going a little faster and could be possible with the right people.

Since the Olympics and a lot of competitive sports have been cancelled this year, it might be a good time to start thinking of how to work around these situations. Virtual Reality could provide a solution for some of the sports such as cycling, sprinting, marathons, weights and more.
